Q: What is pet policy & pricing?

A: After a face to face meeting with our property manager, your furry friend will be ready to move in. No weight limit, breed restrictions do apply, please contact the leasing office for more information. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and the fee is $50 per month for each pet.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for amenities?

A; There is no extra cost for the amenities! Hit the gym or relax in our courtyard, it’s all yours.

Q: What are the parking options with pricing?

A: Please call the leasing office for information.

Q: What is the application fee?

A: The application fee is $85.

Q: Does the Cobalt hold any events for the residents?

A: Yes, we do! Just recently, we had a wine tasting event with delicious hors d’oeuvres. We hope you can attend the next event.

Q: Is there staff onsite?

A: Our Maintenance Supervisor lives onsite. Someone will always be there to help in case of an emergency.

Q: What is the story with trash removal?

A: There are trash/recycling bins located on the first floor of the building. The 2nd-4th floors have trash shoots.

Q: How are packages and deliveries accepted?

A: Hub Locker System, residents are notified and provided a code to pick up packages at any time.
